Roots Covenant is one of Southern California's premier reggae bands. Hailing from San Diego, not a month passes by that they aren't playing to a packed house of loyal followers in the region's top performance venues. Their powerful sound and commitment to the genre's cultural heritage fuels the consistent growth of their enthralled fan base.

Despite having already performed to the delight of thousands, Roots Covenant is passionate about spreading their musical influence to an expanding global audience. To that end, they continue to seek out fresh opportunities to hit the road and win over new fans through their captivating live performances. Much to the delight of fans, both new and old, Roots Covenant is also putting the final touches on a follow-up EP to their highly successful self-title debut album, scheduled for release in April 2015, with a full album release slated for later in the year.

The secret to Roots Covenant's success is the unity shared by this all-star collection of highly skilled and experienced musicians. Anchored by Adrian "AK" Cisneros (Vocals, Drums, Guitar), Chris Morris (Vocals, Keyboards), Ivan Garzon (Vocals, Bass) and a slew of frequent special guests, they seamlessly integrate with one another to produce a powerful blend of sound that harkens back to the traditional reggae influences who came before them.

It is this beautiful throwback sound that has seen Roots Covenant perform with some of reggae's most influential names. They have had the rare privilege of touring with Johhny Osbourne, Sister Nancy, Earl Zero, Norris Reid, Steve Knight, Edi Fitzroy, Sammy Dread, Lady Ann, and Sister Carol. They have also shared the stage with legendary artists Pato Banton, Eek-A- Mouse, and Half Pint, among others.

In 2013, Roots Covenant embarked on an International tour that saw them playing to sold out audiences in Taiwan, Mexico and of course the U.S.
