The Summer Meltdown has always believed in keeping vendor pricing affordable for all.
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at this years Summer Meltdown Autism Awareness Arts & Music Festival! We are so grateful for your participation in helping us make this year the best one yet! This is a great opportunity to promote your business or organization to our diverse community and spread awareness for Autism, anti-bullying, love, and acceptance!
Please fill out the following information thoroughly and carefully:
Vendors must send in application and waiver FIRST and upon approval, vendors will then be given the address where they can send in their checks.
Booth tents can be no larger than 10x10 and vendors must provide their own tent, tables, and chairs!
Booth fees are non-refundable for any reason unless your application is denied. As anoutdoor festival, please understand that we are at the mercy of Mother Nature!
Booths are not reserved or guaranteed until booth fee has been received!
Booth assignments will be decided by Summer Meltdown, vendors are not allowed to choose their own spots!
Your booth must be set up, staffed and ready to operate by 10:00A.M. on April 30. The event will be held from 10:30am to 10:00pm, tear down must be either before sunset or after headliner performance at 10:00P.M. At check-in, all exhibitors will receive a map showing the location(s) of their space along with unloading and parking instructions!
Vendors must provide necessary equipment to operate their booth. Tents, trashcans,tables and chairs are NOT provided. Vendors are responsible for maintaining and cleaning up their booth area!
Summer Meltdown is unable to accept responsibility for any lost or stolen items, or for any equipment other than our own!
Only one organization or vendor may use each booth space unless prior authorization has been obtained from Summer Meltdown committee.
All vendors must conduct business in their designated booth area only, unless approved otherwise by Summer Meltdown committee.
Fliers, handbills, and petitions will be limited to booth area only. Non-booth holders may NOT distribute merchandise or fliers of any kind!
Electricity will be avaliable for all vendors who have paid a vendor fee to sell items.
Vendors unable to attend must notify Summer Meltdown 48 hours prior to the event and are not permitted to sublet without prior consent from Summer Meltdown.
NO FOOD ITEMS OR BEVERAGES MAY BE SOLD at vendor booths other than those specifically identified as food vendors!
NO FOOD ITEMS DISTRIBUTED AT ANY BOOTH WITHOUT A HEALTH PERMIT It is the responsibility of all exhibitors to obtain all permits, licenses, etc.
Summer Meltdown reserves the right to prohibit the sale or distribution of materials that may be illegal, pornographic, drug/ alcohol related, or those considered offensive. Please do not display any merchandise that would be inappropriate for children. This is a family friendly event. Any decision made by Summer Meltdown officials is final.
Vehicles must be parked in approved areas. No vehicles can be driven through the vendor area, so plan accordingly.
Summer Meltdown cannot assume responsibility for any vehicles ticketed or towed that are not properly parked.
NO ALCOHOL OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK OR SURROUNDING AREA. This includes: All vapor devices, and e-cigarettes, including synthetic marijuana. Violators will be removed from premises immediately and further action will be taken if necessary, any booths who violate this rule will not be considered for any future Summer Meltdown Festivals.
Cost for booths at the Summer Meltdown are $300 (Vendors can pay with cash, check, or through paypal) Payments must be made by Friday April 15, 2016 (this includes Paypal payments) Please make checks out to Yes I Can Payments can be made by mail with this application or through paypal
NO PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED THE DAY OF THE EVENT
